First, I just want to thank all of you for being so enthusiastic about my work! It's you guys who helped make IF YOU GIVE A MOUSE A COOKIE so successful!

I've been visiting elementary schools over the last few years (I think I've been to over 100) and have attended LOTS of teacher conferences. The work you do around my book astounds me! It's very, very, heartwarming to know you're helping kids develop a love of reading and getting them excited about books!

I'm not just saying this to make you feel good, but my favorite thing to speak at is teacher conferences! You guys are a hoot and a half and SO much fun to hang out with!

I truly appreciate all that you do in your classrooms! Please visit my site often as there will be new things from time to time. I'm really enjoying working on it and I'm hoping that somewhere out there a reluctant reader might change their mind by browsing this site!
